2023 Annual Gala

You're invited! Each Spring, North Georgia Pregnancy Services Center hosts a gala, in celebration of all that the Lord has accomplished through our center, to thank our donors, staff, and volunteers, and to raise support for the new year. This one-night event showcases a guest speaker, a silent auction, and provides local businesses the opportunity to sponsor a table that will feature their company!

Elizabeth Edmonds

Meet Our Guest Speaker

Elizabeth Edmonds, Leadership Director of Georgia Life Alliance, has been on the front-line of the pro-life movement since 2005. Faced with an unplanned pregnancy and homeless at just 15 years old, Elizabeth decided to choose adoption for her baby. She has been sharing her testimony and fighting to save the lives of the unborn ever since. Her passion for the sanctity of life has poured out in her work as a litigation paralegal and policymaker. From drafting and passing bills like Betsy's Law, the federal Women's Right to Know Act, Gracie's Law and Simon's Law, she has become one of the most influential names in Georgia pro-life politics, and is now continuing the fight by serving GLA in full-time ministry.

Donate to our Silent Auction

During our Gala event in March, we will hold a silent auction for our attendees to bid on items that have been donated or gifted to us. This will be another way for local businesses to engage and promote their company with our guests while supporting the pregnancy center. This will also allow our center, North Georgia Pregnancy Services Center, to raise money for our efforts in providing excellent medical care, parenting support, and spiritual guidance to our community.

Looking to Volunteer?

Are you a college student needing service hours for a class? Or just looking to help out? We're looking for volunteers and we couldn't put this night together without your help. We will provide dinner for you and we will also provide a volunteer slip if you need that for school, etc. to prove your volunteer hours. We have 3 time slots available that we will need help with:

  • Set Up Crew - this set of volunteers will help get the tables decorate along with other preparations for the event the day of at our venue (R-Ranch Dahlonega). This time frame of volunteering is from 2:00pm- 4:00pm. 

  • Serving Crew - this set of volunteers will help serve food, drinks, etc. during the event. This time frame of volunteering is from 4:00pm - 7:00pm.

  • Finish Crew - this set of volunteers will help clean up and remove decor from the tables. This time frame of volunteering is from 7:00pm -9:00pm
